Orders and payment

Work starts once the brief is confirmed and payment has been received. Prices are listed in USD. Custom packages are quoted individually.

Every package includes 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond that are charged separately, and we'll confirm the cost before starting.

Once an order has been delivered, it is not eligible for a refund. If something isn't right, use your included revisions and we'll fix it.

You confirm you have the rights to any photos, logos and content you send us to use in your designs.

After full payment, you're free to use the delivered designs for your business. We may show work in our portfolio only with your permission.
